Intake
Adults take 1 capsule of nupure probaflor and 2 capsules of colon pure daily with sufficient water 10-20 minutes before the first meal.
Please note the intake recommendations for the individual products.
Make sure you leave at least 1-2 hours between taking nupure zinc and nupure magnesium and taking nupure iron. We recommend taking iron on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before the next meal or in the evening before going to bed.
Besonders Kaffee, schwarzer und grüner Tee und Milchprodukte sollten nicht zeitgleich mit der Eisenkapsel eingenommen werden.
If you have a sensitive stomach, it is recommended to take nupure zinc with or after a meal.
