Intake
Adults take 1 white capsule of nupure probaskin daily with sufficient water 10-20 minutes before the first meal and 1 brown capsule of nupure probaskin with or shortly after a meal.
During the course of the day, adults also take 3 capsules of nupure magnesium with water and let 1 lozenge of nupure vitamin C melt on the tongue.
Storage
To ensure the longest possible shelf life and a good survival rate of the bacteria in probaskin, the product should always be stored protected from light, cool and dry, even after purchase. Make sure to keep the jar tightly closed at all times.
